Major responsibilities include troubleshooting customer problems to ensure resolution of technical issues over the phone & those that require onsite visits are reported to back end teams in timely manner, ensure all queries and alerts are addressed within set service levels & liaise with backed teams to ensure quality information is passed on to customers.
Education: BS/BE degree holder in Computer Science
