L1 Engineer; Two Positions –
Qatar 2-4 years of experience in a customer service related function preferably in a telecom organization. Routing and Switching technologies, like BGP, MPLS, OSPF, Multicast, QoS, IP Routing, VLAN, STP, VTP, Ether Channel. Routers such as 800, 2900, 3600 and ASR series. Switches for example ME 3400, 3560, 3700 series. IPVPN services over MPLS. traffic flow over MPLS cloud. Certification in Cisco (CCNA) in switching and routing is required (CCNP preferred).
